HOW IT ALL WORKS

SCHOOL PARTY PROS! will provide a great night for all to enjoy. We do this at no cost to the school and no planning, decorating, or work needs to be done by the PTA or other volunteers. Of course these events do cost money to be  able to put on, and that money comes from reasonably priced ticket, picture, snack and merchandise sales. This amount is typically kept in full by SCHOOL PARTY PROS! to cover the costs of the Decorations, Entertainers, Photographers, and Staff, and to make sure we can afford to keep providing this service free of charge to the schools. We know how tight those budgets are!

WE DO IT ALL ..... WELL, ALMOST .....

While we take on the lion's share of what needs to be done, there are still a few minor things we can't do ourselves.

Presale Tickets

We will deliver pre-numbered tickets to the school office for presale at a discount. This is a way for families to save money by buying their tickets ahead of time. Usually a school secretary is in charge of collecting money. We can also provide small bills for making change. We will pick up the money on party day and reconcile it with any unsold tickets, and then their job is done.

School Liason

We would like to have at least one or two members of the school or PTA there on the event date to assist with anything school related, such as unlocking doors and gates, dealing with lights, air conditioning, etc. Overall, this is still a school function, and it's important that school representatives are on hand. Plus, kids love it when a Principal or Vice Principal gets out on the floor and dances with them. It's an excellent morale building experience for all.

Insurance And Safety

We of course carry our own insurance policies, but this event should be treated like any other school event. Whatever you would provide for a typical school event, such as first aid kits, etc, should still be supplied by the school. We have yet to have anything bad happen in our 14 years of working in schools, but it's always better to be prepared.

Rest assured that all of our staf f are friendly , fun, and good with kids. For your assurance, all staff members attending your party will have had Megan's Law Screenings.
